I have visited Townhall House Café a couple of times before with colleagues, as it is conveniently located near my workplace. Yesterday, I dropped in around 1:40 pm for a late lunch and a quick bite. The café offers an open and modern space with views toward Darling Harbour, and you can also see the Townhall House Library Express next door. The atmosphere is relaxed, with gentle music playing in the background, making it a pleasant spot to step away from the office for a short break. I ordered the BEC Breakfast wrap, which came with spinach, cheese, egg, and mushrooms, along with a small latte. The food was served quickly and presented nicely. The wrap had a bit of crunch, though the flavour was rather plain with no seasoning, and I noticed there was no salt or pepper provided on the tables. The coffee, however, was strong, something I imagine keeps many customers coming by for takeaway. Overall, it was a fine spot to enjoy a short 15-minute break. If you are in the area, I’d recommend dropping in for a quick meal or coffee.

My experience at this café was simply wonderful. The Eggs Benedict with ham were perfectly prepared, with creamy yolk and the smoky flavor of the ham complementing each other perfectly. The hot matcha tea added a comforting and revitalizing touch to the experience. Undoubtedly, a combination of flavors that I won’t soon forget. Moreover, the cozy atmosphere of the place and the attentive service made my visit even more memorable. I will definitely be back

Exceptional food (breakfast and lunch) offered at competitive prices. My favourites were the American cheese burger (one of the best I have had), the egg and bacon roll and the porridge (with berries and bananas). The venue is located inside the council building but also has an area which is open to the street. The inside is exceptionally clean and normally contains a few spare seats.

Lovely place with good prices and meals. High protein shaker is very tasty. I recommande this place for hand made cuisine. The expresso is very good but not enough hot.
